How do I book a ticket?

Search your route and date on the home page, pick your seats, enter your name and phone number, and pay. Your ticket comes by SMS and opens on this site.

How long are my seats held before I pay?

10 minutes. After that unpaid seats go back on sale.

I lost my ticket. How do I find it?

Go to Manage booking and enter your booking or ticket number with the phone number you booked with. You can also have the link texted to you again from the ticket page.

Can I cancel?

Yes — online, from Manage booking, until 2 hours before departure. You can cancel single seats and keep the rest.

What do I need when I board?

Your ticket's QR code on your phone, a printout, or just the 6-digit code from your SMS. Please be at your boarding point 15 minutes before departure.

Can I book without a smartphone?

Yes. Buy at any of our counters or call us — the 6-digit code on your ticket is all the crew need.
