Booking and paying

A booking with DNE is confirmed once it is paid. Unpaid seats are held for 10 minutes, then released. Fares are shown per seat before you pay.

Your ticket

Each seat has its own ticket with a QR code and a 6-digit code. Keep them private — anyone holding them can board in that seat. The name on the ticket should match the person travelling.

Boarding

Be at your boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. The bus may leave on time without passengers who are late, and a missed bus is not refunded.

Cancelling

You can cancel online until 2 hours before departure.

If we cancel a trip, you are offered another departure or a full refund.

Baggage

Bring baggage you can carry; large or unusual items may need the counter's agreement and may be charged. Dangerous goods are not allowed.

On board

Follow the crew's instructions. No smoking. Look after your own belongings.
