What we collect

When you book: your name, phone number, and your email if you give one; the trips, seats and payments of your bookings.

Why

To issue and send your ticket, let the crew check it when you board, tell you about changes to your trip, handle refunds, and keep the records the law requires.

Who sees it

DNE's staff and crew, and the services that send our SMS and emails and process payments — only as needed to do those jobs. We don't sell your details.

On your device

If you tick "Remember my details on this device", your name, phone and email are kept in your browser only, so the form fills itself next time. Untick it to forget them.

Your choices
